Took Almost an hour to deliver, crab puffs were cold and was too sweet, sweet and sour chicken was just breaded shrimp , really disappointing.

Yeah it’s pretty good, fried rice could be better, doesnt look anything like the picture tho, didn’t even come with broccoli.

Walked in to the strong smell of cigarettes. Someone was smoking by the register apparently and just went into the kitchen with no mask or gloves to bag my order last minute. Overpriced for a tiny bag

The food is always delicious. However, I spend way too much money only to receive my meal without any eatery. Especially when they give an option to ask for things and specifically say chopsticks and get nothing at all!!!

The number on your website is incorrect, I cant even call the restaurant to ask why my order hasnt been delivered. This is ridiculous and I expect a refund

Was ok. I have had better with Hunan in the past. I didn't get any hot mustard like I had requested. My tofu dish had very little tofu in it and the vegetable mix wasn't great. The soup also wasn't very fulling. Very little tofu again in my hot and sour soup. Was ok though. Just very disappointed. There was also no packet of spoon and fork given. I would have appreciated one, as I have been packing to leave my apartment.

Sweet and sour actually had peppers which was great, though I wish they were more mixed in so the chicken would have the flavor. Still just happy to find a place that adds them!!! Also rice was super yummy and dumplings too

Large portions of food arrived in less than 30 minutes, was piping hot and tasted good. What else can you want from Chinese delivery? Will order again.

Very fast service, quicker than online projected. Food is always warm and delicious. In this area I believe they are the best delivery for Chinese Food.

I have a complicated relationship with this establishment. On the one hand, I really enjoy the food. It's probably one of my favorite things to eat. However, my order is almost always missing items. Usually rice, sometimes drinks, and one time I got a completely different order. The driver is quick to fix the mistakes, and the food still tastes good. I will continue to order food here because no relationship is perfect. I can overlook the minor flaws for the major benefits. Try the crab puffs; they're really good.

I normally really like their food and it comes in a speedy delivery. This time the Orange Chicken, did not look/smell like orange chicken and the chicken inside was really rubbery. Not sure if it was a bad batch but i was not happy with this order. This order was 1 star but others have been 4/5 so I will settle with 3.

The only thing I was wondering was why there were chicken nuggets on the Bo Bo Platter...otherwise, a good dining experience.
